About the HCDC Facilitator Network
Our Facilitator Network is a curated group of independent consultants and small firms who collaborate with HCDC to:

Co-facilitate workshops alongside HCDC lead consultants

Deliver HCDC-developed training content
-
Guest present on specialized professional topics

Support organizational clients across nonprofit, governmental, and corporate sectors
Engagements are contract-based and scheduled as opportunities arise. Compensation is competitive, and each engagement includes a clear scope of work.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking Facilitators and Consulting Partners who are:

Experienced workforce, leadership, or professional development facilitators
-
Skilled trainers with strong presentation skills and adult-learning expertise

Confident engaging diverse audiences and organizational environments
-
Independent consultants or small firms
-
Reliable, professional, and engaging presenters
Preferred areas of expertise include:

Workforce development and internal mobility

Supervisory and leadership development

Communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics

Equity and inclusion

Change management and organizational culture
Opportunities Include
Co-Facilitating Workshops using HCDC curricula, materials, and slide decks
Work in partnership with HCDC consultants to deliver organizational training.
Guest Presenting on Specialized Topics
Delivering HCDC-Developed Training Content
Each opportunity includes clear expectations, timelines, and compensation.
What We Expect
To maintain a high-quality experience for clients, network members are expected to:

Meet all timelines and commitments
-
Arrive prepared and fully aligned with HCDC content and delivery expectations

Demonstrate professional, inclusive, and trauma-informed facilitation
-
Participate in brief onboarding and occasional debriefs as needed
-
Carry and maintain their own professional liability insurance

How to Join the Network
Step 1: Submit an Interest Form
You may be asked to provide:

A short bio

Areas of facilitation expertise

Sample training topics or previous engagements

Links to a website, LinkedIn profile, or sample presentations (optional)
Step 2: Application Review
Our team reviews submissions to determine alignment with current and future opportunities.
Step 3: Connection Call
Selected applicants are invited to a brief virtual meeting to discuss fit, availability, and service needs.
Step 4: Onboarding
Approved facilitators are added to the HCDC network and contacted as relevant projects arise.
