Vonee Hill is the CEO & Principal Consultant of Hillcrest Development & Consulting (HCDC) and a seasoned social worker and human services leader with more than 13 years of experience advancing family well-being, organizational excellence, and community impact across Philadelphia.

With a strong background in program development, strategic planning, and workforce training, Vonee has built a career focused on strengthening systems and supporting the professionals who serve children and families. Her work reflects deep community insight, trauma-informed practice, and a commitment to equity-centered leadership.

Vonee’s expertise spans organizational development, workforce strategy, team training, and the creation of supportive structures that help agencies operate with clarity, purpose, and long-term sustainability. She has led capacity-building initiatives, facilitated leadership development programs, and supported organizations in designing effective workflows, program models, and team engagement systems.
